The CraftBarn - Mother's Day

1. Take a paper mache shoe

2. Cover with paper

3. Color with distress ink and some book pages as well for the flowers
4. Glue the paper lace inside the shoe. Add polka dots and glossy accent

5. I used 3 strips (1¼" x 6¼") and cut

6. Roll the 3 strips together but not too tight and glue
7. open
8. Add a center.

9. Cut a circle and trim

10. Fold
11. Roll
12. And glue. Make 3

 Choose a matching image for the facet. I used glossy accent to stick the image to the facet and added an extra coat on the back so she will be able to wear it as a pendant.

And glue everything on the shoe. I also wrap small chocolates.

Enfin terminé! Après plus de 2 mois de travail j'ai fini mon livre pendant le méga crop chez Collimagination samedi dernier. Quelle belle journée de créativité! Entouré de passionnées!

The Craft Barn - At The Movie

This is my turn to show you what I came up with the challenge.

I colored the frame with mustard seed. I traced the frame on the back panel and cut the paper accordingly. Glue all in place.

Die cut gears in black shrink plastic and shrink with heat gun. I made rosettes with the paper left over.

Die cut leaves in black cardstock. Decorate the wall plaque with the ornaments (butterflies, pearls, film ribbon, and quote).

For the hanger I also used a piece of film ribbon and punched a hole in it before to glue it to the back.

Je me suis bien amusé avec Nina et Éloïse de L'encre et l'image. L'inspiration vient directement de cartes à jouer. J'ai ajouté des lunettes et modifié les chapeaux pour des couronnes juste pour le plaisir!

Un Nouveau Format

J'ai fait ces deux pages il y a déjà quelques temps. J'aimerais bien en faire encore quelques unes. J'aime bien ce format. 8½ x 11" Ça fait changement un peu. J'ai doodlé (ça l'air bizarre écrit comme ça!) et ajouté un peu de couleurs. Mais j'ai gardé le tout très pâle sur un carton crème.
