A local craft store is organizing something really crazy. A huge patchwork made from 8 x 8 lay out. They are planning to cover a whole wall in their store. Such a great idea! So I made 2 for now. Both very different... This one has a lot of sewing to it

And for this one I started with 6 ATC

An Altered box

I took 3 same size wooden boxes. I took off the lid of two. And I simply decorated it with Glitz paper. I think I am gonna use it for some jewels! Very happy with my little box!

Challenge Lime Citron

J'ai trouvé un nouveau challenge! C'est d'incorporé l'étampe digitale de Lime Citron dans une page ou une carte au thème de la St-Valentin. J'ai fait un 6" x 12" au couleurs non conventionnelles. C'est moi et l'homme de la maison à l'aube de nos 22 ans de vie commune... mais où sont passé toutes ces années?

The challenge was to incorporated a digi stamp from Lime Citron in a Valentine day theme page or card.

DT Projects

Here are my two first projects as DT member of Scrapbook Café. The kit I got was the collection of paper from BoBunny. These papers are gorgeous. I started by altering a mini clipboard and finally it turns out as a mini album. Go figure!

Mon premier projet a débuté avec un mini clipboard et s'est terminé en mini album. Parfois on ne va pas toujours où on pense aller... Le titre est nous. Les papiers de BoBunny sont magnifiques. J'ai opté pour un turquoise pâle en couleur accent.

I also made a shadow box. It doesn't show on the photo but I covered the sides too. It is a pretty little thing!

J'ai aussi altéré une vieille boite à tisane. J'ai ajouté une poigné. J'ai opté pour un turquoise beaucoup plus soutenu comme couleur accent. J'ai fait un mini livre avec des mots inspirants...

And finally I had to create a presentation page. My photos have been modified with picnic. I love this website!

Puis je devais aussi faire une page présentation pour afficher à la boutique. Je voulais des photos rigolotes. Ma fille a joué au photographe et je les ai modifié sur picnic!

A new Challenge!

A quick post today, I found this new challenge (in french) on this great blog: Le jardin du mixed media. The challenge was to make a background with ink. I used distress ink to color the image that I first stamped. Who wouldn't like to live in a city where the sidewalk are pink...
