You want to come for a snack?

Hum... I just took out these mini bacon and leek quiches out of the oven! They smell wonderful! I can't wait to eat one. These are very easy to do. I used muffin molds and already made pie dough. For 18 mini quiche you'll need 8 eggs and 400 ml (approx. 13 ounces) carnation milk. You choose your own combination like ham and oignon, ham and spinach, brocoli and cheese,or like I made bacon and leek... Bake for 30-35 min. at 350 F. Serve with a soup or salad. My kids just love them! So do I!!
Have a creative monday wherever you are, in the kitchen or in the studio!

Reduce, Reuse And Recycle!

Today I want to share the way I make "envelopes" to ship my tags. It costs a little bit more to ship a rigid mailer than a regular envelope but it worth it! All my tags and/or cards arrive safely to their destinations! You can make 2 rigid mailers from one box (crackers, cereal, cake...) Some family members save those boxes for me. It helps to get a wide variety of sizes to fit the needs! The first step is to flat the box and cut it in 2. I measure the lenght of the box and mark the half and fold it. I cut the excess on both sides and end. After that, simply glue together. I also use tape to secure sides and tab before to ship it, to make sure everything is safe.

Voilà! It doesn't cost much! You have more ideas? Share them here!
Have a creative wednesday!
