The layout: Bientôt 17 ans=Soon seventeen
The mini album I choose to make is without any photo but with quotes instead.
And finaly I altered a big matchbox that I turned into a memory game.

Last Christmas Ornaments Of The Year.

These are the last one. I really enjoy making these this year. I never made so much ornaments and I think a few will turn into little gift.

A snowflake shadow box
A Christmas owl. I painted the owl and the hat with distress ink, just like watercolor.
A pennant made of craftboard.

Angel wings
Another small shadow box
And a Christmas tree on a little box
Have a creative Saturday!

Woot! Woot! I've Been Published!

I was so happy when I got my copy of Canadian Scrapbooker magazine in the mail, yesterday! One of my layout is in there. It's a first time for me in this magazine. The cover is gorgeous!

This is my layout. The theme was to be inspired by the Masters...

I also made this little Joyeux Noël house. It is in fact a gift card holder. I added a pocket in the back to do so!

I will show you some Christmas ornaments soon. I am almost done.
Until then, be creative!

Want To See My New Camera?

Of course it is not a real new camera! It a new project that I just finished. I made the box out of chipboard with a paper roll (cut in two) for both ends.
The lid opens and there is a chunky mini album inside. Ok, ok when I took the photos today I realized that I have to glue some paper inside too! I will, I promise! LOL!!
This is the front of the album and it measures 3" x 5". I also made the rings out of grunge board.
It is thick as you can see!
I don't know how come the photo can't be enlarge by clicking on it. I didn't change anything on my blog. If you have an idea why this is happening, let me know please!
Have a great evening!

An Album And A frame

Good sunday morning! Time flies isn't it?!! Today I want to show you the album I just finished. I needed one badly, so I choose to make it instead of going to the store and buy one. I made it simple with cardboard and kraft paper. I already had the extra clear plastic pages to fill it.
And here is the second project I made. My MIL lost her brother couple weeks ago and I made this frame for her as a tribute. I printed the photo in black and white but let him his blue eyes. I think she will be happy with the frame.
That's all for now. Have a creative Sunday!

A Lay Out And A Mini

Hello to you! Last week-end I went to a crop and here is what I made.... I was kind of slow, not very productive. But that's ok! The challenge was to make a monochrome page in black. The title is sometimes and I wrote it directly on my photo before to print it. No way to change my mind on this one.
I also made this mini album for my friend Gabrielle. It will be her Christmas "card" this year.
Some inside page views. I love doing mini album.....
That's all for now!
Have a creative Sunday and a Scrary Halloween tomorrow!

Halloween With The Stampsmith Challenge

Hello to all!! I just finished this card for The Stampsmith Challenge. I used the stamp 5 sisters that I choose when I won the challenge last month or so ago.

All the sisters wanted to be witches for Halloween except one, she wanted to be a clown, but it didn't turn so well and she is the more scary...poor thing!
I also made this bracelet using Stampsmith stamps on shrink plastic
Very happy with the result!
Have a creative Sunday!

A Recipe Book

Hello all, long time no see. Time flies and I am not much on the computer these days. I made this recipe book to hold all my recipes in the same place. Now I have to find the time to write down all my recipes in there...
oh! And this is a great try. Cherry bread!! Very easy. Take your favorite bread dough, flat it down. Pit some cherries add them on the bread. Mix some brown sugar with cinnamon, sprinkle all over. And bake it! Very, very good!
And I found this on pinterest! Gee, I so agree with this!

Have a creative saturday!

Sketch Challenge With Stampsmith #20

It's been so long since I played with the Stampsmith Challenge, so I think this week was a good one to do so! I used the Stampsmith italian tarot stamps to make the background of my 6" x 6" card and I also used an image for the top of the card where I stamped L'amour est éternel. Sketches are not always easy to work with but it was a fun challenge!
Have a creative Monday!
